All sales of digital products are final. Because our products are delivered digitally and instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds. Please read this policy in full before purchasing.
Modern Dating Code sells downloadable digital products, including ebooks and workbooks. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to your product via email. Due to the instantaneous and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

Refund requests based on a change of mind, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the content (where the product is as described) will not be approved.
If you are a consumer in New Zealand purchasing for personal use, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. If a product is not fit for purpose, not of acceptable quality, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy. These statutory rights are in addition to this policy and are not excluded or limited by it.
If you are an Australian consumer, you may also have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund for a major failure, and compensation for other foreseeable loss or damage.
